• MDU Legal managed for the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, sitting in plenary session, to revoke two orders issued by a court for the exhibition of documents that belonged to a client in the offices of their attorneys.
• MDU Legal obtained the first acknowledgement for an insolvency process abroad according to the Law of Insolvencies of Panama.
